SUBDIVISION SURVEYS
A highly detailed survey depicting the boundary and all improvements located on the property. It will also show improvements located on the adjoining properties within close proximity to the property lines. Often associated with construction or in conjunction with easement/lease and topographic surveys.
This type of survey involves altering the property line between two parcels of land, whether by design or ambiguity. This also requires the recording of a survey map and often times new legal descriptions.

A boundary survey will locate the property lines of a parcel of land. During the course of providing a boundary survey, we will conduct research, perform a field survey where we gather boundary evidence, locate existing structures and any improvements near the property lines. We will prepare a survey map and set any missing or obliterated property corners. We will also prepare new legal descriptions required for conveyance if necessary.
